Job Title: Sales & Business Development Executive - RELEC Brand

Job Summary: Rashmi Electricals is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Business Development Executive to spearhead the growth of our "RELEC" brand of Electrical Panels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct sales, proficiency in CRM operations, and an established client base within the electrical panel industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Research & Analysis:
    • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
    • Analyze market data to develop strategies for targeting new business opportunities and expanding market share.
  2. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
    • Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, and industry events.
    • Leverage your existing client base within the electrical panel industry to drive new business.
    • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored RELEC electrical panel solutions.
  3. Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
    • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close sales deals.
    • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
  4. CRM Operation & Management:
    • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain up-to-date client information.
    • Analyze CRM data to optimize sales processes, improve client engagement, and drive sales efficiency.
    • Prepare and submit regular CRM reports to management, highlighting sales performance and pipeline status.
  5. Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their needs.
  6. Product & Industry Expertise:
    • Maintain a deep understanding of RELEC electrical panel products and their applications.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes that may impact the business.
  7. Collaboration & Communication:
    • Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
    • Communicate client feedback and market insights to the relevant teams for continuous product and service improvement.
  8. Reporting & Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, contracts, and client interactions.
    • Provide detailed reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development efforts to senior management.

Qualifications:

  1. Education: A bachelor’s degree in business, electrical engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Rashmi Electricals is looking for an organized and highly efficient Executive Assistant (EA) to support the HR and AQ (Assurance Quality) departments. The EA will provide administrative assistance, manage HR-related tasks, and help maintain AQ standards within the organization. The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to supporting both departments. Perform assigned responsibilities, collaborate with team members, and adhere to company policies. Strong communication, problem-solving, and work ethic required. Adaptability, initiative, and willingness to learn are valued.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Support:

  1. Employee Onboarding & Documentation:
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
    • Maintain employee records, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements.
  2. HR Administration:
    • Help in scheduling interviews, managing candidate databases, and coordinating recruitment activities.
    • Manage employee leave records, attendance tracking, and payroll-related documentation.
    • Handle employee queries and concerns, providing assistance with HR policies and procedures.
  3. Training & Development Support:
    • Coordinate training programs and employee development initiatives.
    • Maintain records of training sessions, ensuring employees’ skills are up-to-date and compliant with industry standards.
  4. Internal Communication & Reporting:
    • Assist with preparing internal communication regarding HR updates, employee engagement activities, and company policies.
    • Support HR management in preparing reports for senior leadership.

AQ (Assurance Quality) Support:

  1. Document Control & Record Keeping:
    • Maintain accurate AQ-related documentation, ensuring all records are organized and accessible.
    • Assist in managing quality standards, compliance reports, and audits related to AQ.
  2. Process Documentation:
    • Help in documenting AQ procedures, standards, and guidelines.
    • Coordinate with various departments to ensure that AQ processes are being followed as per industry standards.
  3. Data Collection & Analysis:
    • Collect data for AQ performance metrics and assist in analyzing trends to ensure quality objectives are being met.
    • Assist AQ teams in preparing reports and presentations for quality assessments.
  4. Compliance & Audits:
    • Support the AQ team during internal audits and inspections.
    • Ensure AQ-related policies and regulations are updated and adhered to.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Experience:
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, ideally in HR or Quality Assurance.
  2. Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
  3. Skills Required:
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Office 365 applications.
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
