Job Summary:
Rashmi Electricals is looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Business Development Executive to spearhead the growth of our "RELEC" brand of Electrical Panels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in direct sales, proficiency in CRM operations, and an established client base within the electrical panel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research & Analysis:
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze market data to develop strategies for targeting new business opportunities and expanding market share.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Generate leads through direct outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Leverage your existing client base within the electrical panel industry to drive new business.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored RELEC electrical panel solutions.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to close sales deals.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
- CRM Operation & Management:
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain up-to-date client information.

- Relationship Management:

- Product & Industry Expertise:

Qualifications:
